Joy is a daughter of the QH Stallion The Last Captive , sire of 222 registered foals from his first three breeding seasons (102 foals in 2003; 102 foals in 2004 and 18 foals for 2005 foals have been registered).
The Last Captive was the 2004 Leading Sire of English Lunge Line horses and the Equi-Stat #3 Leading of Lunge Line Money Earners. Included in his first crop were Angel In Captive, Congress Champion English Lunge Line and One Last Laugh, Congress Reserve Champion English Lunge Line, NSBA High Point Open and Non-Pro English Lunge Line horse. The Last Captive sired four of NSBA's Top Ten English Longe Line horses in 2004. His first foals to show under saddle have won Futurities and include several point earners. They have been particularly effective Non-Pro horses.
Joy is a 16.2 hh and growing, elegant, leggy 2 year old. She is a dark brown maiden mare with no markings and she is in foal to Hear Them Talkin for 2008.
